Chef Bani has cooked up a storm on the internet with other-wordly cakes and her secret insights on crockery and presentation. Chef Bani's love affair with patisseries goes back to when she first experienced a taste of her mother's delectable home made cakes. And Miam's journey began in 2015 with an aim to to popularise a neoclassical style of presentation but at the same keeping the spirit of classic, year old recipes alive.

What to look out for this holiday season? While everyone is big on plum cakes during this season, Chef Bani goes the opposite way - with a very loyal customer base to appreciate the same - and makes an Anti-plum cake along with warm winter flavours for the season.
