Christmas is not too far away, and with the season's greetings nearly upon us, the world's most famous ice-skating rink has returned to Rockefeller Center for its 87th season.

The world-famous ice-skating rink at Rockefeller Center has been a beloved tradition for generations. Starting on October 21, visitors can lace up their skates and gracefully twirl on the ice, surrounded by the dazzling lights of the city.

Après Skate Chalets: A Cosy Winter Retreat

For those eager to embrace the holiday spirit even earlier, the Après Skate Chalets, presented by Balsam Hill, offer a warm and inviting respite on the South Esplanade from November 1 to January 14. This year, the chalets have an exciting addition: the opportunity to savour a selection of delightful alcoholic beverages curated by Other Half Brewery. These drinks perfectly complement the scrumptious après-skate bites by 21 Greenpoint. Each chalet can accommodate up to six guests, making it an ideal setting for cherished moments with friends and family.

A Time-Honoured Landmark

What started as a temporary attraction in 1936 has evolved into one of New York City's most legendary landmarks. In 1939, The Rink at Rockefeller Center became a permanent fixture and a cherished tradition for locals and visitors alike. Every year, over a quarter of a million skaters gather at this iconic location, making it a must-visit site in Manhattan.
