In a significant development in Nagaland, the Hotel Polo Towers Group has joined hands with the state's Department of Tourism to introduce its first-ever 5-star properties, marking a significant boost to tourism. This agreement entails the construction of a 5-star Hotel with a Mall in Dimapur and another 5-star Hotel in Kohima, boasting over 200 luxurious rooms.

The Dimapur establishment will offer top-notch accommodations, diverse dining options, entertainment hubs, and retail stores, positioning itself as a comprehensive lifestyle destination. Meanwhile, the Kohima project will prioritize providing an unparalleled luxury hotel experience catering to business and leisure travellers. These landmark initiatives are set to transform Nagaland's tourism landscape and boost its economy.

Deval Tibrewalla, CEO and Director of Hotel Polo Towers Group expressed his excitement about this partnership, emphasizing its potential to enhance the hospitality sector, create job opportunities, and stimulate local economic growth. He noted that this aligns with their vision of establishing a presence in vital Northeastern cities.

He expressed enthusiasm for collaborating closely with the Hotel Polo Towers Group, a company known for its extensive hospitality experience in the Northeast. He affirmed their commitment to supporting the successful realization of these ambitious projects.

Project Completion Timeline

The anticipated timeline for project completion is within 3 to 4 years. The estimated investment for these projects, directly and indirectly, is approximately INR 150 crores. Both ventures will be implemented through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model based on the Design, Build, Maintain, Operate, Manage, and Transfer (DBMOMT) framework.

As the largest Hospitality Group in the Northeast, Hotel Polo Towers Group holds a strong regional presence and a track record of nurturing destinations.
