Founded by Raghav Jaggi and his childhood friend, restaurateur Amit Bagga, Daryaganj pays homage to the rich culinary heritage of the Late Mr. Kundan Lal Jaggi—Raghav’s grandfather and the mastermind behind some of India’s most beloved dishes. The restaurant's ethos is steeped in the resilience of Punjabi refugees who migrated to Delhi during India’s partition, transforming their struggles into a culinary legacy. With Daryaganj, Raghav and Amit aim to celebrate this legacy while introducing Bangkok to the authentic flavours of North India.
