The butter is mainly divided into two broad categories - sweet and savoury. The sweet variation includes a mixture of nutmeg, lavender, vanilla, and breakfast blend of molasses, maple, cinnamon and orange juice. The menu also includes items like grilled-cheese made of rosemary sage butter, and chicken salad made with buttermilk dressing.
