Full-service carrier Vistara, a joint venture of Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, just announced special, non-stop flights between Malé and Mumbai.

Starting from March 3, 2021, the airline will fly three times a week under India&rsquos travel bubble agreement with the Maldives.

The Airbus A320neo aircraft will be deployed on the routes, with its three-class cabin configuration.

Bookings for the flights are being progressively opened on all channels, including Vistara&rsquos website, mobile app, and through travel agents.

Introductory all-inclusive, round-trip fares are as follows Economy for INR 17,699, Premium Economy for INR 23,799, and Business for INR 46,9991.

This makes Vistara the only airline to offer travellers the choice of Premium Economy in addition to Business and Economy cabins, on flights between India and the Maldives.

All tourist establishments in the Maldives have been regulated to ensure that they are in line with the COVID-19 safe tourism guidelines issued by the Maldivian Ministry of Tourism along with a certification program to uphold high standards of safety and hygiene.

The airline has said that it will accept all eligible customers meeting visa/entry requirements in both countries, as specified by the respective government bodies.
