One of the biggest and most trusted names in British hospitality and travel industry, Thomas Cook, has relaunched as an online travel business in September this year. This big news came after the acquisition of the company by international leisure company Fosun Tourism Group.

The &lsquoCOVID-19 ready&rsquo company has started with a bang. Promising to deliver holidays to destinations on the safe travel corridor list, Thomas Cook has signed a deal with Hotelbeds which opens up a pretty big horizon of businesses and destinations for the relaunched travel portal.

The partnership will give Thomas Cook access to over 1,80,000 unique hotel properties in 140 countries worldwide. Thomas Cook joins Hotelbeds&rsquo existing 60,000 travel trade buyers such as tour operators, travel agents, airlines (along with their various points redemption schemes).

Both sides are optimistic about this partnership as the new brand image and the combined legacy will serve as a huge advantage to further business and trade options.
