Ginger, operated by Roots Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), signed a new hotel in Greater Noida to strengthen its presence in the Delhi National Capital Region (Delhi-NCR).
The currently operating hotel will be relaunched as a Ginger hotel by early 2022. The 72-key Ginger Greater Noida, located near Pari Chowk, with convenient access to the commercial centre and new airport, will feature Ginger&rsquos signature design rooms, Café Etcetera &ndash the all-day diner, and two conference rooms.
Deepika Rao, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Ginger Hotels, said, &ldquoWe believe in the business potential of the region, especially with the upcoming Noida International Airport. This hotel, located in the heart of the commercial hub of Greater Noida, is ideally suited for business travellers.&rdquo
Delhi-NCR is a hub for major corporate houses, automobile, and telecom companies. It also houses Buddh International Circuit, the Indian motor-racing track.
With the addition of this hotel IHCL will have 17 hotels in the Delhi-NCR region, including two under development. Ginger has a pan-India presence with 84 hotels across 52 cities, including 29 under development.
