Eurostar, the high speed passenger rail service, which connects United Kingdom with mainland Europe, is gradually restarting its services, including their direct service to Disneyland Paris.
With Disneyland Paris too opening in a phased manner, you can now avail the direct service between St Pancras in London and Marne-la-Vallée, which is right on the doorstep of the amusement park. The journey takes 2 hours and 40 minutes.
The fare starts from £39 and it is better to book in advance. There is also a mobile app for contactless ticketing.
According to the company, passengers can now change their booking as many times as they want with no exchange fee up to 14 days before departure.
Keeping the pandemic situation in mind, Eurostar in a release said it has &lsquointroduced new hygiene measures on board and in stations, to provide customers with a comfortable and safe experience&rsquo. A new seat map ensures travellers are seated according to prevailing distancing norms.
Trains are deep cleaned before every journey, and cleaning teams are on board to regularly disinfect high contact areas.
It is mandatory for travellers to wear a mask on board and in stations, as per government regulations. They have also advised passengers to complete mandatory COVID-19 travel documents and check quarantine rules before travelling, wherever applicable.
