The Ultimate Travelling Camps, the popular travel company known for organising uber luxurious tented&nbspcamps, is&nbspinviting travellers to fully immerse themselves in beautiful Ladakh while being cushioned by the comforts of a glamorous abode.

The Ultimate Travelling Camp organises seasonal camps in Leh and Nubra Valley between May and September. This time around, the Chamba Camp Thiksey has a newly introduced Wellness Hermitage called Swadhya, who&nbspwill introduce guests to the most unique self-discovery and healing rituals waiting to be rediscovered. These healing therapies are an amalgamation of Ayurvedic and Tibetan healing methods that have been practised for thousands of years in Ladakh.

Guests can&nbsprediscover the mystical energy of a Buddhist stupa, discover ancient stories of the divinities of Buddhism hiding beyond the secret symbolism and colours of the monasteries and offer prayers of peace. On a less spiritual note, they can raft down glacier-fed rivers, cycle down mountain roads, watch a game of polo--a sport of the royals--or simply indulge in the extraordinary services at the camps.

The tents are triple-layered and protected from the exteriors, and the interiors are climate controlled by the individuals.  The in-house chef uses garden fresh ingredients to prepare and pamper visitors with world-class cuisine (regional, Indian and International) to suit the taste of the travellers, even over 10,000 feet above sea level.  Isn't that the height of luxury

The camps are operational from May 15 to&nbspSeptember 30.&nbspThe packages start from @INR 96,000 per tent (on double sharing) for a 3-night package in Diskit and @INR 1,08,000 per tent double sharing for 3 nights in Thiksey.
