Dubai Strikes Yet Again with the World's Deepest Dive Pool

Dubai welcomes you for a dive in the world's deepest pool. Currently open by invite only, Deep Dive Dubai greeted the crown prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a keen diver.

The Prince described the pool as an &lsquoEntire world in itself&rsquo, and rightfully so. He ratified the claim by sharing a clip showing divers exploring an underwater city complete with sunken trees, bathrooms, libraries, and arcade games.  

The pool is filled with 14 million litres of fresh water, with the depth running to 196 feet. The Guinness title of &lsquoDeepest Swimming Pool For Diving&rsquo awarded on June 27 confirms the staggering measurements. 

Built inside a 1500 square metre oyster shaped structure, it houses an underwater &lsquosunken city&rsquo as well as a film studio. Deep Dive Dubai also offers courses for both amateur and certified divers. Divers&rsquo safety has been ensured with adept surveillance through the 56 cameras installed at every corner. 

The non-diving family&rsquos fears stay abated as the complex offers fine dining, allowing them to witness the sight from a distance. "There are quite a few dive pools in the world that are deep, but this one is so much more interesting, It's not only deepest and largest, but the sunken city effect makes it next world order,&rdquo adds Deep Dive Dubai director Jarrod Jablonski in an interview with CNN. 

In May this year, Dubai had added another reason for you to visit the country - the highest infinity pool in the world. 

The pool, which has been recorded in the&nbspGuinness World Records, offers spellbinding views of the city. Located inside a building at the newly opened Address Beach Resort, the luxurious rooftop bathing spot sits on the 77th floor of the hotel at a height of 964.2 feet.
