Remember how in November 2019, a passenger on a British Airways flight called out the quality of the in-flight breakfast, calling it "disgusting" If you ever felt that inflight food tastes bad in economy class or the gourmet delicacies are reserved only for business class&mdashbrace yourself, because this complainant gentleman, who also posted pictures of his burnt-looking cheese toastie, happened to be travelling in business class.

In a rather surprising move, the second-largest UK-based carrier has come up with a brand-new menu comprising Michelin-starred meals, for passengers to enjoy while in flight.

Planned by the renowned Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, who also happens to be the first chef in the UK to receive two Michelin stars, these meals promise to alter the in-flight&nbsppassenger experience altogether. Kerridge owns a pub named The Hand and Flowers in the town of Marlow.

The menu features some iconic British classics, the highlight of which is warm steak and ale pie. However, the lineup of dishes would not be restricted to this but comprises international delights such as spiced cauliflower tortilla wrap. Britain, which is known all over the world for the quality of its meat, claims that these Michelin-starred meals will be ambassadors of British cuisine.

But if&nbspone's interested in enjoying this fare up in the air, then one needs to plan beforehand as the airways offers the menu as a pre-order option. Passengers therefore are expected to place an order at least 12 hours before departure.
