Accor, one of the world's leading hospitality groups, is opening its first Raffles Resort in the Middle East on the iconic Palm Jumeira of Dubai. This resort on Palm Dubai is set to open in the last quarter of 2021, and will be an addition to Accor's already existing luxury hospitality portfolio in Dubai. Accor has partnered with Emerald Palace Group (EGP) for the project.
Raffles Palm Dubai landscape will be spread across 100,000 sqm on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, known as the world's largest human-made island and archipelago. Its privileged location provides an unparalleled sea views along with Dubai's iconic skyline.
Once open, the resort will offer 389 luxury rooms, suites and villas, each featuring a balcony and terrace showcasing serene panoramic sea views. In addition to that, Raffles will also provide its legendary butler service and eight new lifestyle food and beverage experiences. Guests looking for relaxation can indulge with Cinq Mondes Spa, which provides a service never seen before with its 3,000 sqm iconic design, 23 treatment rooms, two private spa suites and the city's largest indoor swimming pool.
Raffles Palm Dubai is flanked by a 500-metre private white sand beach, with the cobalt blue waters of the Arabian Gulf as the backdrop.
The brand will introduce a new concept beach club on the site, offering Mediterranean cuisine, entertainment offerings and more. One can expect discreet service, refined dining and artfully curated experiences here.
"This is a very exciting opportunity for us," says Mark Willis, CEO of Accor India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey. "There are very few beach resort plots left in Dubai and none on the Palm Jumeirah. The size of the property and its location perfectly lends itself to provide a prestigious address for the Raffles brand."
Other than the critical elements of Raffles brand like the Raffles Patisserie, Writer's Lounge and Library, there is something for everybody here. If you are looking for a private stay, you will be introduced to private villas at the beach. If you are with family, you can enjoy world-class amenities like an outdoor swimming pool, a cinema, a dedicated children's swimming pool and a kids and teens club.
And if you here for the adventure, don't worry because you can partake in a wealth of watersports such as paddle boarding and introductory classes in diving.
