Hospitality that promises you the moon and the stars &mdash and pretty much delivers &mdash is the main reason to go stay in this small property near Bharatpur (25km), in a nondescript village called Pahersar. The second reason has to be the food &mdash the chef is ex-ITC, the guests multinational so the buffet-only restaurant really dishes up Indian cuisine with a deft, subtle hand.
