The Third Eye Photo Tour 2015

It&rsquos a devotional ritual, an open-air art exhibition in which elaborate stylistic elements bear the name of trained artists. The Durga Puja is one of the biggest festivals, evolving from medieval piety in princely homes to becoming sarbojanin (&lsquoinvolving everyone&rsquo). In Kolkata, it acquires mythic proportions. To photograph its artistry, heritage, people, food, music and nightlife, BlowUp (blowupvision.com) is bringing together photographers Sanjoy Chatterjee and Tarun Khiwal, photojournalist Tarapada Banerjee, social commentator Rajat Roy, curator Sounak Chacraverti and creative director Sumanto Chattopadhyay to mentor the Third Eye Photo Tour 2015 during the Durga Puja in Kolkata from October 18 to 24. 1.25 lakh twin sharing.
