Jet Airways introduces Zero Penalty Fees

Under its Zero Penalty Fees scheme, Jet Airways will now waive off the penalty fees that it used to charge earlier, if you change or cancel your ticket within 24 hours of booking on jetairways.com or Jet Airways mobile app. As the facility will be available through the website&rsquos Manage Booking tab, those booking offline will not be able to avail the zero penalty scheme. Also note, the convenience fee for bookings will not be refunded in case of cancellation. For more details, check www.jetairways.com
