Jazz it up

For a grand Jazz experience, head to Tobago (of Trinidad and Tobago) in the Caribbean islands. For nine days, April 18-26, the festival will see performances by some of the leading jazz artists from around the world. The venues are spread across the island, including Speyside, Signal Hill, Scarborough, Castara and Pigeon Point Heritage Park. The headline performers include Kool & the Gang, Jill Scott, Miguel and Jennifer Hudson. There are both ticketed and free events. Besides the musical performances, you can also listen to the island's indigenous music, and explore the scenic beaches, cuisine and natural splendour, such as the tropical rainforest of Main Ridge Forest Reserve.
