Thai Airways announces new luggage allowance for all classes of travel

Thai Airways has implemented a new policy to permit an extra 10 kilograms of checked baggage excluding the flights to and from the United States of America. Royal First Class passengers, who could take up to 40 kilograms earlier, can now check-in 50 kilograms of baggage. Similarly for Royal Silk Class passengers the limit has been increased from 30 kilograms to 40 kilograms. Economy Class passengers can now take up to 30 kilograms from 20 kilograms in the past. Based on the status of every Royal Orchid Plus member, their additional baggage allowance has also been increased.
