Whip Up A Ghoulish Cocktail Affair This Halloween

Halloween is here and it&rsquos time to transform and shapeshift into your favourite character as you gear up to throw the perfect house party for your friends. Pumpkin spiced lattes, spooky decorations and a whole lot of candy are essentials, but Halloween feels incomplete without some yummy, yet spooky sips too 

Read on as these cocktails are sure to make your evening a little spookier and a lot tastier. You don&rsquot have to be an experienced mixologist to whip up these cocktails and don&rsquot forget to add a touch of ghoulish garnish

Ghost Eyes by Bacardi India

Ingredients 60ML White Rum 75ML Lychee Juice 10ML Blue Curacao syrup Top up with Ginger Ale

Preparation Build ingredients over ice and slowly pour blue curacao over the top. Serve in highball glass with 2 lychees stuffed with black olives. Beware, the spirits are always watching.

Spooky Jungle by The Chatter House 

Ingredients White rum 45 ML Campari15 ML Lime juice15ML Passion fruit 20ML Fresh pineapple juice 60ML

Process  In a cocktail shaker add white rum and campari, give it a nice shake. To this add lime juice, passion fruit and pineapple juice and top it with halloween props. 

Spooktacular LLIIT by Social 

Ingredients Gin 120ml Cranberry juice 45ml Grenadine syrup 10ml Lime juice 15ml Edible glitter 1pinch Top up with soda 

Garnish half cut doll on top

A Bloody Eyeball by Butterfly High BKC and Thane

Ingredients 60ml Vodka 60ml Sprite Grenadine for garnish Lychee eyeball for garnish

Method Shaken 

Witch&rsquos Cauldron by Bacardi India

Ingredients50ML White Rum 40ML Cranberry Juice 10ML Peach Syrup 10ML Lime Juice

Preparation Stirred slowly is the witch&rsquos brew, serves two. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into 2 pumpkin props and serve as shooters.

Ingredients 45 ml Gin Fresh blackberries (2) 10 ml Lime juice 10 ml Sugar syrup Top up tonic

Method - Shaken, served in rock glass

HALLOWEEN MOCKTAIL PUNCH

• Lychees - 425gm

• Cocktail cherries - 225gm

• blueberry juice - 1 ltr

• Cranberry juice - 1 ltr

• Sparkling Juice - 1 ltr

• Powder free hand gloves - 2 pair

• Raisins - 15

Procedure

• Rinse the disposable gloves and fill each with water. Tie the knot top of each and let it freeze overnight.

• Drain the lychees and cocktail cherries from cans, reserve the juices in a jug. Push a raisin into one end of each cherry, then push the cherries into the lychees to make eyeballs.

• tip all the juices plus reserved juices also into a large bowl with the eyeballs. Carefully peel the gloves from the ice hands, add to the punch, then top up with the sparkling water.
