While purists may turn their hair grey in discussions on how one should make a classic Negroni, enthusiasts and cocktail experts can still celebrate this timeless cocktail this week, which marks the 10th anniversary of Negroni week celebrations. Running from September 12 to 18, 2022, you have ample time to savour this tippler in the way you like, but we&rsquod recommend these recipes to start you off.
Tuscan Negroni

Ingredients
Campari - 30 ml
Bombay Sapphire Gin - 30 ml
Sangiovese Wine - 30 ml
Grape bitters - 2 dashes
Method
Add the gin, Campari, Sangiovese wine, and bitters, to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with grape halves.

Ingredients
45ml Monkey Shoulder whisky
30ml Sweet vermouth
30ml Campari
Orange zest
Method
Add Monkey Shoulder, sweet vermouth, and Campari to a mixing glass
Add cold, dry ice and stir
Once dilution is reached, strain into a glass
Garnish with orange zest

Ingredients
30ml Hendrick's Gin
30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Campari
Orange wedge
Method
Pour all ingredients into a rocks glass over ice
Stir gently and garnish with an orange wedge
Twisted Classic Rosita
Ingredients
45ml Patron Reposado
15ml Martini Rosso
15ml Martini Extra Dry
15ml Martini Fiero
10ml Crème de Cacao
1 Dashes Angostura bitters
Method
Combine ingredients in a rocks glass, add ice, stir. Garnish with Orange twist
Twisted Classic Negroni Sour
Ingredients
30ml Bombay Sapphire
30ml Martini Rosso
30ml Martini Fiero
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Orange Juice
1 Egg white (optional)
Method
Combine ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake hard.
Strain into a large coupe. Garnish with Lemon twist
