Instructions
* Preheat the oven to 176c - fan assisted.
* Line the heart shaped baking tin with parchment and butter the sides of the tin.
* Beat butter (113 gm) and sugars (115 gm castor sugar and 110 gm brown sugar) together till nice and creamy using an electric beater.
* Add 1 egg and ½ tsp vanilla and stir well.
* Add dry ingredients - flour (187 gm), cornflour (2 tsp), ½ tsp baking soda and mix till the ingredients are fully incorporated.
* Add chocolate chips (65 gm) and fold them in gently.
* Press your cookie dough mixture into the lined baking tin and press down till evenly distributed.
* Add the remaining chocolate chips (65 gm) and press down gently all over the cookie dough.
* Baking for about 15 minutes or until the cookie dough looks crispy and golden brown.
Chocolate buttercream (optional)
* Beat ¼ cup (56 gm) of softened butter until it's nice and fluffy.
* Add ¾ cup (75 gm) of icing sugar and beat on medium/high speed.
* Check the batter for sweetness.
* Add ½ cup (50 gm) of cocoa powder and beat till fully incorporated
* Add the buttercream to your piping bag and have some fun Pipe the borders, make quirky designs or just spread the entire damn thing on your giant cookie cake
