During Ramzan, Old Delhi is a paradise for food lovers. The area around Jama Masjid buzzes with glee, as people venture out for iftarI. Biryani, jalebi, samosas, kebabs - you name it, Old Delhi will provide it. While eateries are aplenty, here are a few iconic places that should be on your list when heading to the old town

Kallan Sweets

One of the oldest shops in Old Delhi, Kallan Sweets is a proprietor of mouth-watering desserts, especially their beautiful orange paneer jalebi. Oozing with sweetness, there is little that matches up to this flavour in the entire city. You can also try their khoya and keema samosa for variety.

Al Jawahar Restaurant

Al-Jawahar has been in the food business since 1948, named after the former Prime Minister of India, Jawahar Lal Nehru, who inaugurated the restaurant.
