The food (and otherwise) capital of India is devoted to its food and come winter, is obsessed with it. Food festivals crop up in nook and crannies and the city comes out in numbers to get their fill. It&rsquos a food fiesta down at Horn OK Please, the self-proclaimed happiest food festival in Delhi. This three-day event is a mini town in itself. You can take a right at kebab gully for some goodness, move over to the food truck park for snacks, drive into momo land or u-turn into dessert lane for a dose of sugar.
