This gastro bar has an equestrian theme and pays tribute to the Farrer Park Racecourse, an iconic landmark that was Singapore's first-ever horse-racing venue in the 1840s. At Farrer Horse's bar, aptly named the "Stable," one can order from a cocktail menu featuring drinks named after famous steeds. The cocktails use ingredients from a horse's staple diet, such as hay and barley, making it a unique drinking experience.

If you're looking to toast, then try the Secretariat, which is a hay-infused bourbon cocktail. It is said to have been inspired by the Kentucky Derby's official cocktail, the Mint Julep. Alternatively, if you fancy a sweet, salty, and sour drink, go for the Rocket Man, named after Singapore's most famous horse.
