This Father's Day, Chef Jacklin John, the Executive Chef at the Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi, will take over Tropicool to present a special Brazilian menu for lunch and dinner. Chef John will bring traditional recipes and ingredients directly from Brazil, creating an immersive dining experience. The menu features authentic Brazilian dishes such as Empadinhas de Camarones, Tapioca in Cubes, Feijao Tropeiros Black Eye Beans Salad, and Moqueca de Banana-da-Terra. Desserts include Manjar Branco com Calda de Frutas Vermelhas and Tatin of Goibas, accompanied by Tropicool's signature Açaí beverages.
