The visionary chefs and founders, Jatin Mallick and Julia Carmen De​Sa, crafted a 10-course dining experience that seamlessly blended local and global flavours, with the menu titled 'Tres Timeless 10 - Nostalgia.' 

Each dish was a work of art, meticulously prepared to delight the senses and transport diners on a delectable journey. From the first course to the last, the chefs' expertise was on full display, leaving guests in awe of every flavour.

The pan-seared scallops, adorned with chilli lime pearls, were a testament to the chefs' mastery, exhibiting finesse. The unusual chicken liver ice cream paired with caramelized shallot tart tatin is an unparalleled gastronomic experience found nowhere else in the city. From the perfectly spiced chorizo to the pan-seared ricotta cream cheese dumplings and the double-cooked breast of chicken with porcini, each dish emerged as a masterpiece, leaving a lasting mark on your tastebuds.'
