Hindi actor Parineeti Chopra married politician Raghav Chadha in the swanky environs of The Leela Palace Udaipur in September 2023. The five-star luxury hotel is situated in Lake Pichola and dazzles visitors with its gleaming façade studded with chattris and dotted with jharokhas. Its banquet spaces accommodate up to 200 seated guests, with an additional outdoor capacity for 100 standing guests. There are also private rooms for cosy affairs with as few as eight people. Guests can stay in lavish suites, enjoy Indian and international cuisine at the on-site restaurants, and go on a guided walk to see the fascinating artwork on display like the vibrant Mewari wall murals and handcrafted dark wood furniture.

This five-star resort which boasts beautiful gardens with fountains, reflection pools and traditional architecture played host to the November 2021 wedding of Hindi actors Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha Paul. The site’s Durbar Hall has a maximum capacity of 500 guests and has high ceilings, sparkling chandeliers and gorgeous views of the Siswan forest range. Meanwhile, the Anant Mahal Hall centres around a domed gazebo where couples can exchange their vows in front of seated guests on a sprawling courtyard. When Hindi actors Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal got married in December 2021 at the Six Senses Fort Barwara, fans fawned over the wedding outfits, décor and stunning location. The beautiful 14th-century fort was originally owned by a Rajasthani royal family but after a significant conservation effort it was transformed into a leisure retreat that has retained its regal ambience. The opulent Barwara State Room is a flexible 225-square-metre space that can be used to host both formal and informal events while the Zenana Mahal is a 700-metre-square banquet lawn complete with a stepped amphitheatre to seat a maximum of 200 people.
