The 24th edition of Asia’s largest multidisciplinary street arts festival, the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival (KGAF), is scheduled to take place over a week. The festival will transform Mumbai into a lively hub of arts, crafts, and creativity with the theme “Udaan.” Organised by the Kala Ghoda Association, this cultural extravaganza is a celebration of diverse artistic expressions and cultural heritage. KGAF 2024 offers over 300 programs across 14 verticals at 25 venues in the precinct. The festival is an annual tradition for art enthusiasts and artists, offering a rich tapestry of visual arts, dance, music, theatre, literature, heritage walks, cinema, urban design and architecture, stand-up, and more. The artist lineup includes luminaries such as Javed Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar, Karen Anand, Tisca Chopra, Herbie Hancock, and many others.
