The "AND the World" menu offers trademark dishes such as a twist on the First Dumpling (Manti), Sesame Prawn Toast, Clams in Green Pepper Sauce, and Nihari, challenging regional borders.

The menu, created by Head Chef Passang Dorje Lama, is a thoughtfully crafted collection that highlights the symphony of Southeast Asian-influenced food.
