Yarada Beach is the place to go if you want to get away from overcrowded beaches like RK Beach. This pristine coastline, nestled between verdant hills and the Bay of Bengal, is only 15 kilometres away from the city and provides a peaceful, untouched retreat. This location is ideal for those who like to enjoy the unadulterated beauty of Vizag's coastline because of its golden beach, crystal-clear blue waters, and lack of tourists.

Thotlakonda, an old Buddhist structure that was built in the third century BCE, is just a few kilometres from Vizag. The location once housed Buddhist scholars and monks and has a meditation hall, viharas (monastic cells), and stupas.
Thotlakonda is more than just a historical landmark because of the expansive views from the top, which enrich the spiritual ambience. It is a serene location where spirituality, nature, and history come together. Because of the site's relative silence, visitors can take their time exploring the old ruins.

About 90 kilometres from Vizag, the Borra Caves are a natural wonder that adventure seekers should not miss. Beautiful stalactite and stalagmite formations can be found in these over-a-million-year-old limestone caves. The Borra Caves, one of the biggest in India, were discovered in 1807 and offer a breathtaking underground experience.

The fact that Andhra Pradesh has its own version of Kashmir is not widely known. Lambasingi is a tiny, foggy village situated 1,000 metres above sea level, roughly 100 kilometres from Vizag. Lambasingi is the only location in South India where you can experience a cold, foggy climate similar to the northern hill stations, and it is well-known for its winter temperatures, which are almost zero.
Lambasingi is a unique location ideal for nature enthusiasts seeking peace and quiet, surrounded by dense forests and coffee farms. It's an idyllic refuge for a weekend escape because of the cold but refreshing air and gorgeous surroundings. Travellers may enjoy a unique experience in the hill area of southern India thanks to the village's charm and calm, relaxed attitude.
