Usually known for her acting skills, Kareena Kapoor Khan, who has done several films in Bollywood, is also known to be an avid traveller. Recently, she was seen with her family in Tanzania, which prompted us to take a closer look at her travels around the world.
Kapoor recently went on a safari tour to the Serengeti National Park of Tanzania. The Serengeti National Park is part of the Serengeti ecosystem, a geographical region in Africa that spans the Mara and Arusha Regions of Tanzania.
On another occasion, the actress was seen posing in front of the Peacock Gate in Jaipur. The gate's design is a blend of Mughal and Rajput styles and features motifs of peacocks on the doorway. It is last in the series of the four gates of Ridhi Sidhi Pol.
During one of the summers, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, were seen spending romantic time at the English Channel. It is an arm of the Atlantic Ocean that separates Southern England from northern France.
Here, the couple is seen braving the windy terrain of Europe with the Alps in the background. The Alps are a mountain range in south-central Europe that stretches 1,200 kilometres across eight countries. They are the highest and most extensive mountain range in Europe and include over 60 major mountains and more than 60 passes.
Here, the actress is seen reclining with her "new friends" that are zebras in the background. She is at Masai Mara National Reserve, home to large herds of plain zebras.
Here, the Kapoor family is seen enjoying their time in Switzerland. The place is famous for its mountains, clocks and its food – especially cheese and chocolates. It's also a fantastic place for winter sports.
