Dubai adds another reason for you to visit the country. It now has the highest infinity pool in the world.
The pool, which has been recorded in the Guinness World Records, offers spellbinding views of the city. Located inside a building at the newly opened Address Beach Resort, the luxurious rooftop bathing spot sits on the 77th floor of the hotel at a height of 964.2 feet.
The pool is a perfect summer getaway to take a dip 1,000 feet above sea level and wash all your worries away. This means you&rsquore only one swim away from the blue skies that stretch all the way to the horizon before the panoramic view of Dubai&rsquos fountain beside the white sands of Jumeirah Beach.
The infinity pool is about nine-tenths the height of the Eiffel Tower, qualifying as one of the best vantage points in the city. You can catch the best sunsets, unparalleled views of the city's iconic Burj Al Arab, the World Islands, Palm Jumeirah, and the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel. The latter is another recent record-breaker as the world&rsquos tallest ferris wheel.
The wet surface area is approximately 560 square metres, giving it the appearance of a massive lake in the sky. It has a volume of approximately 500 cubic metres and is 1.2 metres deep at its deepest point.
All the pools are accessible to hotel guests only, but you can get the vistas of the infinity pool by booking a table at the adjacent rooftop restaurant, Zeta Seventy-Seven. The restaurant is an Asian Fusion restaurant also placed on the 77 th floor of the building.
The pool isn&rsquot the only feature entitled to the Guinness World Record the beach resort is also a part of the 77-storey twin tower. The two towers are bridged from the first to 13th floors and again joined by a sky bridge from the 63rd to 77th floors. The Address Beach Resort also holds the record for the highest occupiable sky bridge floor at the height of 965.7 feet.
The resort has 217 guest rooms and suites, as well as 443 furnished residences and 478 unfurnished residences.
