Renowned filmmaker Mani Ratnam has pledged his support to the government's 'Cinema Tourism Project,' which aims to captivate tourists with the allure of these iconic filming locations. The Kerala Tourism Department recently revealed the exciting details of this venture, underscoring the collaborative efforts between the noted filmmaker and the state authorities.

The grand launch of the Cinema Tourism Project will be held at the historic Bekal Fort in the picturesque district of Kasaragod. This breathtaking location served as the backdrop for certain scenes in Mani Ratnam's acclaimed film 'Bombay'.
