Uttarakhand to Host International Yog Festival 2021

Keeping in mind the significance of health and well-being throughout the past year, Uttarakhand is all set to host the International Yog Festival From 1 to March 7, this year. Hosted around the same time every year, the venue for this year&rsquos edition is Rishikesh. 

The festival this year will celebrate the age-old Indian practice of traditional yog, contemporary yog, therapeutic yog, along with discussions on celebrating &lsquoShakti&rsquo, the power of creation.

Those attending the festival can look forward to learning various techniques to detoxify the mind, body and soul. This is not it. Participants will also get a chance to learn about alternative health streams such as Ayurveda, naturopathy, acupressure, acupuncture, chakra healing, neuro therapies, and pranic healing.

Additionally, the event will also host an Uttarakhand haat where people can shop for all yog-related goods while experiencing the taste and culture of Uttarakhand.

Participants will also be provided with a 50-hour yog training certificate.
