SpiceJet Launches Frequent Flyer Loyalty Programme

Amidst all the lockdowns and flight cancellatons, some good news continue to roll in for travellers. Here's one more. SpiceJet just announced a new loyalty programme for frequent flyers of the airline making them the first low-cost airline in India to do so. SpiceClub will be a&nbsptier-based programme where flyers can earn SC points on every Rs 100 spent on flights and add-ons, will offer benefits and privileges to its members. Each point earned is equivalent to Rs 0.50.

The benefits availed by SpiceClub include free flight vouchers, free change or cancellation,
complimentary meals, upgrades, priority check-in, free seat selection, and access to exclusive deals.

In addition, a dedicated 24-hour customer support team will be set up to fast track members&rsquo
queries through SpiceClub Assist. Also offering its members the flexibility to choose multiple
payment modes for a single transaction.

A member can earn rewards ranging up to 10 SC points or Rs 100 spent on every spending done on the flight. The system is segregated into four tiers &ndash Classic, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, with each tier availing different deals. Once they reach the silver tier, members can avail priority check-in and boarding services, and a 20% discount on SpiceMax upgrades. Booking tickets directly through SpiceJet&rsquos website and mobile app will earn one a bonus of 250 SC points.

The airline is also developing a partner for the SpiceClub members earn points while they shop for products and services offered by selected partners. The enrolment option to the club is available on the SpiceJet website and is completely free.
