The Buckingham Palace, the beloved residence of the Royal Family, was in fact, not-so-loved or royal before Queen Victoria set her foot inside in 1837 as an 18-year-old. Now, to mark her 200th birth anniversary, the Palace is organising a special exhibit to celebrate the monarch's long reign, in July 2019.
The exhibit will showcase the various aspects of Queen Victoria's life and will be open to the public from July 20 till the end of September.
The exhibit will exhibit some priceless objects from the royal collection the Queen&rsquos 1851 Stuart ball costume which is only five feet in length, her personal journal with a sketch of herself and Prince Albert, the Queen's Star of the Order of the Bath, various portraits of royal gatherings and many pieces of exquisite jewellery.
