Malindo Air Schedules Direct Flight To Kolkata From Kuala Lumpur

Malindo Air is all set to launch direct flights from the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur to the City of Joy in the next month

Malaysian airline Malindo Air will be introducing new flights between Kuala Lumpur and Kolkata from 22 October 2018. The plane is scheduled to fly 5 times weekly with the promotional fare on offer for both Economy and Business classes one way from the Malaysian capital. The inaugural flight is scheduled to start in time for India&lsquos year-end peak travel period. Flights will offer 25kg baggage allowance for Economy Class and 40kg for Business Class, meal onboard and spacious legroom.

With the 5 weekly flights, Malindo Air hopes to increase travellers&rsquo traffic for both business and leisure between these two cities. With an aspiration to not only to fly direct point-to-point traffic but also to carry connecting passengers beyond Kuala Lumpur to various destinations on their network ranging from ASEAN to Australia, the airline is optimistic about this route and anticipates more frequent flights in the future.
