Food trucks&mdashwhat&rsquos not to love about them They&rsquore speedy, entail delicious food, and are always on the move. Clearly, Marriott concurs, as they have launched the first-ever food truck, Marriott on Wheels, taking the best of the delicacies by hospitality chain, across the country. Starting April 4, the bright orange truck will be seen driving by six major destinations in India&mdashAhmedabad, Amritsar, Lucknow, Pune, Madurai, and Kochi&mdashcovering more than 6700km in 40 days. But its culinary journey will only kick start in Mumbai, after which it will spend about 2 days in each city.

The truck will serve signature dishes that some of Marriott&rsquos properties (Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points &nbspby Sheraton and Aloft Hotels) are known for. As a food truck parks itself in a city, an Executive chef from a corresponding Marriott hotel will take over, whipping up delicious dishes&mdashincluding mutton tikka quesadillas, and kosha mangsho kathi roll, etc. &nbspIce-cream vans and food trucks&mdashguess summer is here already.
