There's A Mini Hogwarts Inside Singapore's Changi Airport

OT Staff

Waiting for a flight at the renowned&nbspChangi airport in Singapore was never boring, but it just got even better. Bringing back the obsession of JK Rowling&rsquos wizarding world from Harry Potter and the Fantastic Beasts series, the Changi Airport has joined hands with Warner Bros to create replicas of the famous places from the world of Harry Potter. If you are a Potterhead, then it only makes sense to reroute your destinations so that you stopover at Singapore because this summer, everyone can be a witch or wizard.

The terminals of the airport would be snowing and everyone can team up for some magical activities with the fans all around the world. You can even get your wizard robe from Madam Malkin&rsquos Robes for all Occasions. With beautiful lights enhancing the ambience of the magical world there will be many replicas from the universe, like the Hogwarts Express, Zonko's Joke shop, Madam Puddifoot's tea shop--all important settings from the series. Beware of the Whomping Willow at terminal one and two, lest you meet the same fate as the Weasley's enchanted car. That tree did some serious damage back in the movie&nbspTerminal three has been transformed into Diagon Alley where you can ride your own Nimbus 2000. Find all the amazing creatures from Fantastic beasts&nbspand explore the Newt Scamander&rsquos Menagerie at terminal one. You can even play dress-up, defend quaffle balls in a muggle-form of Quidditch or walk through Hogsmeade (no parental signs needed this time), if you've got a little more time on your hands before boarding time.

If you are confused with all the hustle in the place then simply go around the airport exploring the magical world and collect some exciting merchandise. Transforming the airport into Harry Potter theme with magnificent infrastructure, the airport expects a huge fan flow from different places of the world this summer.

This summer, Changi airport is the place where all the excitement is. Get the goodies and swish and flick your wand. Singapore is ready to give you a warm, wizarding welcome.

The exhibits will be open through December till February 2019
