Danish papercut mobiles

Each one of these carefully crafted Oda Wiedbrecht paper mobiles have a story to tell

OurTeam

Summers in Denmark, as in most other Nordic states, dusk only to herald the dawn. But the Danes, scoffing at the night's truancy, throng the scores of open-air eateries lining the streets of Copenhagen, lighted candles adorning the tables in broad daylight The extended evenings provide a good opportunity for the souvenir hunter to scour rows of shops near the Tivoli. The hunt invariably starts on a disappointing note, with shelfloads of ubiquitous Taiwanese figurines or crystalware from all over Europe. Till one comes across the Oda Wiedbrecht paper mobiles&mdashprecisely cut and meticulously crafted flowers, birds and thingummies, so very gorgeous yet unpretentious...so typically Danish. Less than two hundred rupees is all that I shelled out for this lovely basket of tulips.
