The days of twirling worn-out cassette tapes with a pencil to listen to &lsquoHeaven&rsquo may be over, but Bryan Adams is still a topic of conversation around here. Haven&rsquot you heard&mdashthe Canadian singer-songwriter is coming to India, all strings attached, for a tour this October.

Known as The Ultimate Tour, Adams will be visiting five cities in October including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Hyderabad. The tour kickstarts on October 9 with a show in Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad and one in Hitex Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad on October 11. It then travels to BKC, Mumbai on October 12. Next up is a show at Ozone Urbana in Bengaluru on October 13, and it&rsquos a wrap at Gurugram&rsquos Leisure Valley Park in Gurugram on October 14.

The concert tour is in order to promote his 2017-released album Ultimate, which is a 21-track compilation of all-time hits by Adams and fresh songs including tracks such as Ultimate Love and Please Stay. This is Adams&rsquo fifth show in India so far, the last one being held in 2011 with The Bare Bones Tour.

With the onslaught of EDM concerts in the country off late, we miss songs we can sing along to, especially worldwide hits such as Summer of &rsquo69Please Forgive Me, 18 Till I Die, among others. With such a huge throwback, it will definitely be a night to remember.
