This year they polled 20,000 city-dwellers and grilled local experts to rank the greatest places for fun, food, culture, and community in their annual World&rsquos Coolest Neighbourhoods list (they rated 51 places). Local expert editors and writers have rated neighbourhoods for great vibes, food, drink, nightlife, emerging culture, community spirit, and resilience. They also considered sustainability, innovative green initiatives, and other factors that promote stress-free living.
