The Ministry of Tourism launches toll-free helplines for foreign tourists in 12 international languages

A toll-free multi-lingual helpline in 12 international languages has been launched recently by the Ministry of Tourism in India for helping foreign tourists on their travels to India. All they need to do is call on this toll free number 1800111363 or on this short code 1363. The service will be available in Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish apart from English and Hindi. The service is also available for international callers who will be directed to agents adept in these respective languages.
