Delhi The Presidents Guests

Rashtrapati Bhavan is now open to public for four days a week

OurTeam

Obviously, you know that Rashtrapati Bhavan is the residence of the president of India. But chances are, you have neither visited the grand five-acre mansion, exemplary of British-era Delhi architecture, nor explored its vast 330-acre estate. Well, thankfully, now is an opportune moment to change thatthe place is open to public for four days a week. Divided into three circuits, visitors can access circuit 1 (the main building and the central lawns) between Thursdays and Sundays, circuit 2 (the Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum complex) on all days except Monday, and circuit 3 (the Mughal and other gardens) between Thursdays and Sundays from August to March. The registration charge is 50 per visitor (and free for those below eight years), while the opening hours are 9am to 4pm. Additionally, valid photo IDs are required, and entry is from gate no. 2, gate no. 37 and gate no. 38.
