The West Bengal Transport Corporation (WBTC) started the HoHo service in Kolkata five years ago during Durga Puja. But soon after, it was discontinued. This time, the service is put under the wing of the tourism department to increase its appeal.

One of India's smallest states, Goa is popular for its gorgeous beaches, Portuguese heritage, and its notorioulsy expensive cab services. Instead of racking up expensive cab charges, try the Hop On Hop Off tour which is ideal for seeing the city without shelling out a ton of cash for transportation. The buses cover Old Goa and Panjim city, and constantly stop at central locations. Additionally, while riding, you may use the onboard Wi-Fi and listen to commentary about Goa.

Although the first Hop On Hop Off bus service was launched in Bangalore in February 2009, it was not a major success due to the small number of buses on the road and the restricted locations it served. The experience was improved, keeping in mind the convenience of travellers, and it was re-launched as an air-conditioned HoHo service. The buses run during the busiest hours every day. And the same ticket can be used on other BMTC buses except for the Vayu Vajra service to the airport.
