Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Meenakshi Ashram

Sivananda Ashram, located at Madurai, is enclosed within the forest land of South India. Started by Swami Vishnudevananda and named in honour of his teacher, a typical day at the ashram begins at 5 in the morning, and the light goes out at ten in night. Fridays are off, allowing one to pass their time freely. In terms of its vision, the ashram aims to spread yoga teaching across India. It is located 22 km from Madurai city.

Mysore Mandala

Located in Mysore, Karnataka, the centre is 2 km from Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore. Based in a century-old tranquil house with a lovely café, this yoga centre houses a team of 9 prolific leaders who spearhead the centre, and offer daily drop-ins and month-long courses. The retreat is a gateway to Indian culture in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda Treatment, Ayurveda Massage and even Indian classical dance.

Located at Assagao Goa, this place is ideal for those desperately seeking an internet-free environment.
