Quinoa and Couscous Bowl with Asparagus and Avocado
Ingredients
Asparagus stem - 20 gm
Avocados 30 gm
Rocket leaf 20 gm
Quinoa 50 gm
Couscous 70 gm
Lemon 1 wedge
Honey 10 ml
Seasoning 2 gm
Parsley 2 gm
Black pepper 2 gm
Method
Cook the quinoa and soak the couscous in the desired time. Add lime seasoning black pepper honey in timbale format. Add the garnish of the avocado, asparagus. Serve immediately.

Zucchini 50 gm
Avocado 30 gm
Rocket leaf 20 gm
Bell pepper 10 gm
Olive oil 10 ml
Method
