With a legacy that spans decades, the story of Artisanté began in 1997 when Raj Madnani pioneered the iconic Java City Café in the idyllic Lavelle Road, Bangalore. A leader before its time, the picturesque Java City Café was one of the first coffee shop chains in the country, paving the way for today's popular coffee and café culture, having witnessed everything from romances blooming to cherished friendships over cups of coffee and dessert. Artisanté Fine Foods is a natural evolution of its roots in confectionery and coffee.
Artisanté is a specialty food producer founded by the dynamic father-son founder duo Raj Madnani and Amit Madnani. They begin their gourmand journey by introducing a wide range of sinful chocolate and an original and luxurious line of hot chocolate products curated the old-fashioned artisanal way in small batches and with close attention to details. With a family that believes in ''food first,'' the extensive library of chocolates offered is crafted from their gastro experience while using chocolate like a blank canvas to deliver divinely edible art pieces.
Regarding the brand's concept, co-founder Amit Madnani says, "Artisanté is a portmanteau of Artisan and Santé. Artisan represents our production ideology of making each product carefully and holistically in small batches for each and every ingredient, and Sante is translated to a champagne toast in French. Another interpretation that we happily discovered is that it also translates to ""for you"" in Sanskrit, making Artisanté - 'Artisan, for you'. We like both interpretations of our brand name as we feel they accurately depict what we want our brand to represent, a visualization of our Indian roots and global inspiration."
Artisanté is based on the philosophy of offering refined flavours in everyday luxuries. Explore the world of chocolates, bringing you an array of dark, milk, white, ruby, and single-origin chocolate bars and hot chocolate and mocha mixes.

The romantic Monsoon Malabar coffee made the world sit up and give Indian coffee its rightful dues. The beans are left open to absorb the monsoon showers and retain their earthy character. The coffee is known for its subtle, soft flavour complemented by a medium to the entire body and distinct acidity. All these qualities make it a standalone coffee. Coffee beans are slow-roasted to bring out a fuller, more even flavour. From June through September, the selected beans are exposed to moisture-laden monsoon winds in well-ventilated warehouses (12 to 16 weeks). The monsooning process involves careful handling, repeated spreading, raking, and turning around in regular intervals.
The Java City Classic Blend put Bangalore'sBangalore's iconic café on the coffee map offering Lingering notes of both Arabicas (Plantation A and Peaberry) traditionally blended in South India for Aroma and Strength. This blend is perfect for the long cup, the southern-style cuppa, the coffee to go with a dessert, or those who like rich and mellow flavours. You could also make a mellow cold brew with this if you want your coffee earthy, mellow and rich.
Guatemalan Gold coffee is known for its full-bodied strength and mild to moderate acidity, all in a richly delicious flavour. Despite its small size as a country, it is among the world's top ten growers of coffee - coffee drinkers love this bean The subtropical climate, nutrient-rich volcanic soil kept fertile by a live volcano and the high terrain make for a superior quality bean, grown almost all over the little country of 108,000 square kilometres. Brazil is 80 times bigger.
Raj Madnani, a co-founder of Artisanté, adds, "The Artisanté lab is already geared up and excited as they work on blending traditional and revolutionary flavours keeping in mind the preferences and tastes of our audience. We look forward to surprising our customers soon."
