Capturing the spirit of London&rsquos contemporary culinary scene, Hakkasan has been serving Modern Cantonese food in Mumbai. This Christmas, Hakkasan has a Japanese edition Hakka Sunday Brunch with Toki whisky and Roku gin cocktails paired alongside a limited edition six-course menu featuring Hakkasan&rsquos finest Cantonese creations. The menu features soups, salads, selection of three small eats, mains, rice and noodles, desserts and bottomless Toki whisky and Roku gin cocktails.

For its Japanese edition of the Hakka Sunday Brunch, the restaurant will be transformed into a beautiful Japanese garden. Dine in a backdrop of pink and white cherry blossoms draped over Hakkasan&rsquos signature wooden lattice panels in the Ling Ling area, embodying the essence of the Cherry Blossom blooms synonymous with Japan. In the Main Dining Room, the wooden canopy is gorgeously adorned with rings of cherry blossoms.

Food & Drinks

Start of the Hakka Sunday Brunch with a selection of soup like the Wild mushroom clear soup, sweet corn soup or the hot and sour soup. Salads feature options like the Hakkasan signature crispy duck salad with pomelo, pine nut and shallot or the vegetarian mock duck salad with pomelo, onion and shallots. Choose three small eats from a selection of options like the carrot cake spicy jackfruit dumpling chive flower and mushroom dumpling crispy tofu in szechuan peppercorn chicken and prawn shui mai, stir-fry chicken in szechuan peppercorn har gau Crab dumpling laid on a bed of spicy Singaporean sauce and more.

From the mains, one can enjoy the Szechuan mabo tofu Lotus root and asparagus in black pepper, Four style vegetables in szechuan sauce stir-fry chicken in lang chin sauce stir-fry lamb tenderloin with ginger and spring onion and more. Rice and noodles feature truffle fried rice edamame and egg fried rice Hakka hand-pulled noodle with shimeji mushroom and bean sprout or the chicken szechuan noodle.

On every Sunday, at the Toki and Roku Brunch, Hakkasan&rsquos mixologists would concoct an array of special cocktails at the bar. Sip on delectable whisky and gin concoctions like Roku Fizz made using Roku Japanese craft gin, lychee liqueur, pineapple juice, mint leaves and ginger ale Elderflower Gin Sour with Roku Japanese craft gin, elderflower syrup, lime and egg white Toki Highball with Toki Suntory, seltzer and lemon wedge The Nippon with Toki Suntory, Martini Rosso, ginger liqueur and lemongrass leaf.

The signature alcohol offerings are also available for guests to enjoy along with mixers served by the mixologists from an exquisite liquor trolley. These drinks will be mixed, stirred and served using preferred mixers and garnishes in front of the guests at their table to elevate the dining experience.

The Hakka Sunday Brunch concludes with an indulgent dessert like dark chocolate mousse, a selection of ice creams or the apple and vanilla cr&egraveme brulee.
