SPIDER PIZZA

What You'll Need

Pizza Dough
Flour 500gm
Olive oil 50 gm
Sugar 10 gm
Salt 10 gm
Yeast 10 gm
Water 200 ml

To Make the Pizza Sauce
First and foremost, peel some tomatoes and make a puree of them. After that heat half a cup of olive oil in a pan. Add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and sauté it for 30 seconds on low heat. Then add the crushed tomato puree and stir it for another 5minutes on medium heat. Then add oregano, salt, pepper and sugar as per taste. When the sauce has thickened, add fresh basil. At this point switch off the flame. The pizza sauce is ready.

Put Together the Pizza
Mix the above mentioned dough ingredients altogether either by hand or use a hand-held. After mixing them give a really good knead by hand or beat the dough with your mixer. Then take a bowl and grease with some butter or olive oil. Place the dough in a greased bowl when kneading is done, cover tightly and set aside to rise for about an hour or overnight. Take out the dough when fully rise and punch it down to release air bubbles. After that roll the dough into 6 inches (100 grams per dough size) and gently spread the pizza sauce on it. Now it&rsquos time for mozzarella rain Add mozzarella cheese as per the requirement with bocconcini cheese and black olive toppings. After the assembly is done, bake the pizza at a very high temperature till cooked.

GRAVEYARD MOUSSE

What You'll Need

Chocolate chips 200 gm
Unsalted butter1 tablespoon
Whipped cream 1 cup
Coffee 1 teaspoon
Brownie 1 small

Method
First, take 200 grams of chocolate chips. Then put a tablespoon of unsalted butter and 1 teaspoon of coffee along with the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it for 30 seconds. After heating them, start mixing until everything is nicely combined, melted and becomes smooth and shiny. Now let it cool down to room temperature. Thereafter, take half a cup of the chilled, heavy whipping cream and vanilla in a bowl and whip it a hand mixer. It&rsquos time to check whether the melted chocolate is cool to room temperature.

Add one-third part of the whipped cream in the melted chocolate and gently fold in using a spatula. Now take a jar and put some Brownie crumble into it. Put the chocolate mousse on the brownie crumb. Then add some chocolate chips to it. Now repeat the same procedure once again, i.e. brownie, then chocolate mousse and chocolate chips. Lastly, garnish with chocolate chips, cocoa powder on the top. Your smooth graveyard mousse is ready to serve. Enjoy every bit of it
